I’m not a human one part anxiety, using two parts naivety just to keep sane

To us, success will always be our relationship with our fans. Seeing them grow as individuals, creating memories that we can all share, and just being good people that actually care about other humans. We do not aspire to be “rock stars” and for all we care, we don't even need to be a part of the music industry as it sits. We just want to welcome people that need a place to go where they can feel OK, hopefully while connecting to songs we write, and through all of that, maybe make life slightly more enjoyable. 8123 is an example for any band or business. People need to stop chasing someone else's idea of success. Pay more attention to the fans. You need to stop selling and start listening. This is not a marketing tactic, it's as simple as actually caring, otherwise, you may run out of things to “sell" sooner than you think. It's easy to fake, but the people that support you will know when it’s real. So for us, our success is as simple as saying "How are you?". Or perhaps “Are you OK?”
