We're very proud to support this wonderful environmental initiative, along with so many great artists, by our dear friend Heidi Lenffer. FEAT. initiative Introducing FEAT. — a solar investment movement led by artists and the Aust. music industry. Here's why: The future is in renewables, and we have the ideal conditions for solar here in Oz. We get the climate crisis, and we get that touring is part of the problem. We’re putting skin in the game to finance epic new solar farms and take ownership over building the future we need. Every artist in this video will own a stake in our first solar farm in QLD. Some of them already do. We're opening tomorrow for new artist applications - and launching soon for everyone else. Head to www.feat.ltd for more.

Hi lovely people! We would like to tell you about the Don't Kill Live Music Rally - Sydney. - 6pm next Thursday Feb 21st, Hyde Park. Introducing restrictive licensing laws for festival organisers is not the best way to deal with drug overdosing at festivals. We are very saddened by the recent deaths that have occurred at festivals. It’s a terrible tragedy and we believe that another approach would be more effective in dealing with this issue. Over the past several years, due to draconian lawmaking, the NSW music industry has had to fight to stay alive. In this context, it is extremely concerning that these new licensing laws will effect not just large scale festivals, but also small community based folk festivals that may not be able to meet the costs and requirements of the new laws. Music festivals bring so much joy to our communities and they are essential in supporting new artists and in keeping creative communities thriving. Having these platforms for bands and punters to come together form part of our local identity and foster an inclusive and liberating culture. As well as supporting local talent and employment, they connect us with the international music industry. Drug overdosing at festivals is a tragic and complex issue and one that deserves a complex and measured response. The new licensing laws are a hysterical, unthoughtful reaction - one that will yet again see live music suffer. Please come to the Don't Kill Live Music Rally - Sydney. - 6pm Thursday Feb 21st, Hyde Park. We need your support! Love, The Jezabels #dontkilllivemusic

Ten years ago, SOUNDS AUSTRALIA was born and began leading the charge exporting Australian music to the world. In that time, over 900 acts have played at 220 showcase events hosted by Sounds Australia at various conferences and festivals around the world. We have been very lucky to have had their support over the years and to have been but one of these 900 acts. To celebrate the big 1 – 0, they’ve put together a playlist featuring 100 artists (including us) who’ve showcased with SOUNDS AUSTRALIA – the soundtrack to a decade of Australian music export. You can hear it on Apple Music, Deezer, Pandora, Spotify and YouTube. Give it a listen (6+ hours of music from loads of our friends makes it great for an afternoon BBQ ;) http://smarturl.it/xehd4e
The infamous Zero Percent remixes of 'Pleasure Drive', were commissioned in 2016 for a promo exercise. The transformation was extensive, taking a few original elements and transporting them directly to the club dance floor. In doing so, the remix immediately polarised audiences on the blog circuit, while we loved it. But the remix and extended remix were never officially released. Since then Kim and Mike (of Zero Percent) have had countless requests for a link, a bloody release date, or even an unsolicited .wav file... and in their DJ sets the remix has turned into some kind of underground classic. Now, to welcome the new year in 2019 the track is finally available on Zero Percent's own label, Here To Hell. We hope you enjoy! https://heretohell.com/
