We told you we’d be on tour all year! Fall (“Autumn”) 2019 tickets go on sale Wednesday, April 17 for our UK/EU dates and Friday, April 19 for our North American shows at 10am local venue time. We also have an exclusive ticket presale starting Tuesday, April 16 at 10am local time. As we have been doing on all these past shows, $1 from every presale ticket goes to The Trevor Project, a fantastic charity that provides crisis intervention and suicide prevention for young people under 25 in the LGBTQ community. Sign up on puptheband.com NOW through 9:30am local time Tuesday, April 16 for the show you are interested in to receive the presale password. The Globe and Mail is Canada's national friggin' paper of record and somehow they decided to run a feature about us. Thanks to Brad Wheeler for joining us at our good friend Vince Rice's place. Vince's house is a very special spot for us and a great many other punks in Toronto as well; you can learn more about it in this piece and see a photo of us in his basement, where we workshopped many of the songs on the self-titled record back in 2012-13. This one is huge for us!
Morbid Stuff is out! To celebrate take a piccy in front of some of our favorite indie record shops’ display with the new album for the chance to win PUP prizes! (participating stores: Dead Dog Records, Neptoon Records, TAZ RECORDS, Cheapies Records & Tapes, Kops Records, Blackbyrd Myoozik, Red Cat Records & Sonic Boom)
We’ve known Dan Ozzi for a long long time. It’s wild to think that he’s seen us in basically every place we’ve ever played in NYC; it’s even wilder to think that so many of those places no longer exist. Thanks to Noisey and Dan for this piece and to New York City for being such a resilient, creative, and inspiring place for us four Canadians to visit.
