Hello. Hazel here (that lass who sings in Lanterns). For those of you who might be interested, I have this little side project under the name Lights On Moscow along with a friend of mine. It's something I've been doing since the very start of Lanterns. Our debut release Aorta Songs - Pt 1 is out today and contains our earliest work together. Hopefully you can check it out and if you like it please spread the word. lightsonmoscow.com Over and out. H x

A little update from us: We are excited to be in the early stages of writing and working on new music so you may not hear much from us for a while but... We are pleased to announce that due to a lot of interest and (friendly) persistence from you all we will be releasing our live album with Royal Northern Sinfonia on double vinyl on 24th November. Thanks for all the love you have shown this record. Although it isn't out until November we may have a few early copies available at our show on Saturday 14th October at St George's in Bristol where we'll be accompanied by our strings and brass enssemble. Tickets: https://www.stgeorgesbristol.co.uk/event/lanterns-on-the-lake-and-holly-macve/ Love from, Lanterns x
I know we said we'd take a break from playing live this year but, well, it's supporting Brian Wilson doing Pet Sounds on a summer's afternoon. Quite frankly it'd be rude not to. Tix:http://bit.ly/2lT4GLo
We'll be coming out of hibernation for a special one off show to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Bella Union. We'll perform at the stunning St George's venue in Bristol and be joined by a string and brass ensemble. Holly Macve will be opening the night and there is a Q&A from Bella Union head honcho Simon Raymonde. Saturday 14th October @ St George's, BRISTOL ..and for those who may be interested Hazel will be performing a solo set in support of Mercury Rev at Sage Gateshead next month Wednesday 12th July.
