Today 7 years ago AGE OF THE JOKER saw the light of day. Entering the charts in many countries with a remarkable #3 in Germany and #10 in Sweden and the Czech Republic, Edguy also made it to #25 on the official worldwide sales Top-50 charts, which meant EDGUY reached the highest position of a German band in the world album charts that week. What is your favourite track off of Age Of The Joker?
News from Felix: Hey everyone, starting next week I will play a couple of shows with GUS G. We will start in Denmark where we will join forces with Jesper Binzer (D-A-D). Today 21 years ago, on Feburary 8th 1997 our official debut album KINGDOM OF MADNESS was released. It featured 8 proper tracks plus a short instrumental, and a cool guest vocal contribution by Chris Boltendahl of Grave Digger. We were young and didn't know much about the music business and producing albums, and so the album turned out to have a bit of a weird production, we don't wanna say "SH*TTY" here, althought that description would be a little more appropriate... ;) there were some real good song ideas on that record and for sure it was the foundation of what was to come afterwards. Is there any track you like on that record?
