#BLACKFLAMEBAND Whilst looking at all the submissions for KOTF we were amazed not only by your dedication to take the time to learn and recreate our music, but also in the huge talent you have all shown in your versions of Black Flame! It got us thinking.. What can we do to take this further? We will be hosting an exclusive studio event on the 16th and 17th of May 2019 in London. We will be choosing six people, one person for each role in Bury Tomorrow (Vocals, Vocals/ Rhythm Guitar, Lead Guitar, Bass and Drums), that have uploaded your covers of our song Black Flame to YouTube to come down to the studio, spend some time with us practicing, performing and learning how to hone your craft even further. After a monumental year for us as a band, with Black Flame taking us to new heights we wanted to give everything back to the people who got us here, the fans. We’re constantly surprised at the dedication you all show to Bury Tomorrow and to show our dedication to you, we’re inviting every single one of you to become a custodian of the Black Flame. Every month a fan will be picked based on their individual commitment and devotion to Bury Tomorrow and shall be rewarded by being the elected individual to carry the 3D hand printed flame that was used in the Black Flame video, along with a unique certificate hand signed and numbered by us, and an exclusive Black Flame pin badge. For the first recipient of the Black Flame, we contacted Johnny. Johnny is the embodiment of the spirit of the Black Flame and our band. He supports not just our band but the genre as a whole, constantly aiming to grow the community around the U.K. for everyone, not just himself. His support never goes unnoticed and is always above and beyond. It was, for this reason, we felt he should be the first keeper of the flame. To be the next keeper, we want to see your covers of Black Flame. Get your vocal, guitar, drum, bass covers uploaded to YouTube and send the link to us via social media. We’ll pick the best next month.”
